SSA T-shirt Designs

Hey you guys
does anybody have any idea when we are getting the sfussa shirts?

we have the old shirts from last year that we will be getting however if want new ones before the conference we need to have a design if you got something on your mind or have something you would like to share please feel free to do so... as we are looking for a design at the moment for the shirts

Corrections:

Shirts from last year are still available to those who would like to buy them. They are white, with black writing on front and arms. There is a Singh on the back of the shirts, in Gatka form.

We will be making shirts this year, but those will be available when we have a design concept and print them out. Hopefully by the end of the semester. With the Kirtan coming up, we haven't had time to decide on designs. After the Kirtan, this should be our next concern.

If anyone has design concepts, feel free to send them out.

Why don't you guys put the Coat of Arms on them? Looks nice, no thinking .

it will be nice if the design could be posted online so others can give some advice on how to modify the design if needed

Most definately!! Now that we have the forums up and running, we can start posting more of our concepts and getting members inputs as well. It helps us a lot when making decisions when we have a larger input on decisions.

Tshirt design concepts WILL be posted here before the shirts are printed, I'll make sure of it.

We would like to get the Shirts made before the New Year, so here's your chance to send in your designs! Please keep in mind what the SSA is and come up with some great, unique, interesting designs for the shirts. We would like to have all designs in by November 10, 11th the lastest!!!!!

So, we would like to encourage everyone to send in some sort of a design. Even if you don't think its good, I'm sure others will love it!! Let's see what you all are capable of!![/color]

We are looking for a new design for the SSA emblem or coat of arms. We want everyone to attempt to send in a design, whether they are able to create it themselves or share an idea conceptually. It doesn't have to be a coat of arm or emblem, it can be any graphic style really. It should something that will not soon be forgotten.

Emblem or coat of arms example can be seen with UBC SSA.


Submissions should be done within 2 weeks (Nov 11) so that they can go off for t-shirt printing. If anyone needs help with file types or how to go about it, please send a personal message to this admin account.

what about having the Khanda on the arm, if the coat of arms is to go on the back, and underneath it, you can have your name, the school year, and for those who are on the executive board, can have your role, like "treasurer" or something...or you could just have sevadar.

EDIT: sorry, that may be confusing

- Coat of Arms on the back

- Khanda on the side, and then under it, your name, school year (06-07), and role in SSA
