Canucks @ Chicago (Oct 25th)

The Canucks weren't able to get a shutout last season, but have done it tonight with an impressive 5-0 win over the hurting Chicago Blackhawks.

Luongo gets his first shutout win as a Canuck... Henny scored twice and Cookie finally got his 1st goal of the season!

I, along with many others I'm sure, expected the Canucks to win tonight... Chicago's lineup was mostly from the AHL and most of the key goal scorers were out with injuries... not only was their #1 goalie (Habibulin, I believe) out with an injury, but their back-up didn't even make it to training camp cuz of a back injury!

So, it was obvious the Canucks HAD to win.
Overall good game...

Friday's game against Ovechkin and the Capitals shall be a real treat!

I'm excited to see him play in Vancouver... but I'm more excited to see this:
